Tetris is the popular tile-matching puzzle game that is programmed and designed by popular Russian game designer Alexey Pajitnov. Tetris is basically the pieces in the game which are shaped in geometric and tetrominoes shape and they are composed of four square blocks each.

The sequences of Tetris pieces fall from above the screen randomly in the game, manipulate the Tetriminos while moving to place them in correct places to complete the line and as the line is complete with right Tetris pieces it gets removed and the blocks disappear. You can rotate the blocks in sideway direction or by quarter turns to form the horizontal line without any gaps.

The more lines you form the more points you collect and the game gets over once the Tetris pieces fill the game field and there is no space for other Tetris pieces to be accommodated.
