Accessibility Statement
Last updated: February 10, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Sonsaur Ltd is committed to ensuring that our gaming platform is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy online games, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of sonsaur.com for all our visitors.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). These guidelines provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
2. Conformance Status
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance for the portions of our Platform that we directly develop and control. Our current conformance status is partially conformant, meaning that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility issues across our Platform. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are committed to making continuous improvements.
3. Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features on our Platform:
Navigation and Structure
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements of our Platform (menus, links, buttons, forms) can be navigated using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
- Skip navigation links: Skip-to-content links are provided to allow keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation elements.
- Consistent navigation: Navigation menus appear in the same location on every page, providing a predictable browsing experience.
- Semantic HTML: We use proper HTML5 semantic elements (headings, landmarks, lists, etc.) to provide meaningful structure that assistive technologies can interpret.
- ARIA labels: We use ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where needed to provide additional context for screen reader users.
Visual Design
- Color contrast: We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratio requirements (at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text) throughout our Platform.
- Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators are provided for all interactive elements, so keyboard users can always see which element is currently active.
- Responsive design: Our Platform is designed to be responsive and functional across a wide range of screen sizes and zoom levels, up to 200% zoom.
- Text alternatives: Images and non-text content include alternative text descriptions where appropriate.
Content and Interaction
- Readable text: We use clear, legible fonts at readable sizes throughout the Platform.
- Error identification: Form errors are clearly identified and described in text, helping users understand and correct any issues.
- No seizure-inducing content: We avoid content that flashes more than three times per second on our Platform (note: some third-party games may contain flashing elements).
4. Third-Party Game Content
Important: Sonsaur hosts games developed by third-party game developers. While we strive to make our Platform accessible, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of individual third-party games embedded on our site.
- Third-party games are loaded within our Platform using iframe technology. The accessibility of these games is determined by their respective developers.
- Many browser-based HTML5 games require mouse or touch input and may not be fully operable via keyboard alone.
- Some games may contain flashing animations, rapidly changing visuals, or audio that may not include captions or transcripts.
- We are committed to working with game developers to improve the accessibility of games on our Platform over time, and we prioritize featuring games that demonstrate good accessibility practices where possible.
If you encounter accessibility issues with a specific game, please let us know so we can relay the feedback to the game developer.
5. Known Limitations
While we work to ensure accessibility of the Platform, we are aware of the following limitations:
- Embedded game content: Third-party games may not meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Game accessibility varies by developer and game type.
- Dynamic content: Some dynamically loaded content (such as game recommendations or infinite scroll features) may not be immediately announced to screen readers. We are working to improve this with appropriate ARIA live regions.
- Legacy content: Some older content pages may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements. We are progressively updating these pages.
- Video and multimedia: Not all promotional or instructional videos may have captions or audio descriptions at this time. We are working to add these.
6. Assessment Methods
We assess the accessibility of our Platform through the following methods:
- Self-evaluation: Our development team regularly reviews the Platform against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria during the development and design process.
- Automated testing: We use automated accessibility testing tools to identify common accessibility issues across the Platform.
- Manual testing: We perform manual keyboard navigation testing and screen reader testing using popular assistive technologies.
- User feedback: We actively encourage and incorporate feedback from users with disabilities to identify and prioritize accessibility improvements.
7. Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Platform. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, have difficulty accessing any content or feature, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject Line: Accessibility Feedback
When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful if you can provide:
- A description of the issue you encountered
- The page URL where the issue occurred

- Any assistive technology you were using (e.g., screen reader name and version)
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve identified issues as quickly as possible.
